Teniendo en cuenta que el año pasado fue un éxito, este año buscaríamos la misma localización (Arenal bilbaíno) y montaríamos la carpa ahí. Seguiremos recogiendo firmas para [http://www.queremossoftwarelibre.org ] y repartiremos CD's de Ubuntu.
Actualización:
A pesar del mal tiempo, conseguimos 72 firmas en dos horas para la campaña "queremossoftwarelibre" http://www.queremossoftwarelibre.org y entregamos alrededor de 60 cd's de Ubuntu. Notamos un mayor conocimiento tanto de Ubuntu, como de GNU/Linux y el software libre en general, por parte de la gente. Tuvimos que dejarlo al cabo de dos horas por causa de la lluvia.

In spite of bad weather, we managed to get 72 signatures to support our "we want free software" campaign. http://www.queremossoftwarelibre.org We handed out about 60 Ubuntu cd's and talk to people about the advantages of using free software. We started at noon, and had to quit at 14:00 pm, because of the rain.

Este año realizaremos nuestra actividad en el Arenal (Bilbao), este sábado 20 de setiembre de 11 a 3 y de 5:30 a 7:30. Montaremos una carpa con 4 equipos con Ubuntu para enseñar a la gente este sistema operativo y repartiremos cd's de Ubuntu y documentación sobre el Software Libre. En caso de lluvia iremos a la Plaza Nueva debajo de los arcos.
Además, recogeremos firmas de apoyo al software libre para el proyecto http://www.queremossoftwarelibre.org

El sábado 20 de setiembre 2008, 15 voluntarios de Reciclanet y otros grupos montamos una carpa en el Arenal bilbaíno, para celebrar el Día Mundial del Software Libre y colaborar en la recogida de firmas para apoyar el uso del Software Libre.
Recogimos 118 firmas de apoyo a la iniciativa de www.queremossoftwarelibre.org
Repartimos 127 CDs de Ubuntu.
