Software Freedom Day - Dundee 2008

Our event last year was the biggest event of its kind in the UK, as we ran a day packed full of over 15 talks on a wide range of topics, along with comprehensive demonstrations of free and open source software.

With a diversity of topics ranging from the philosophy behind 'Free(dom)' and open communities to sessions on virtualisation and first hand experiences of free software adoption last years event was a great success. Many of our attendees enjoyed not only the lectures but also practical, interactive demonstrations of free and open source software on display during the event.
